I've been watching some videos and it made me want to play the game again. its been ages since i last play symphony of the night and it is still my favorite castlevania game.

Torchlight
I was bored and couldn't sleep so i decided to play torchlight. it's a dungeon crawler game very similar to diablo....i guess ill play this till diablo 3 comes out. warming up.

im continuing my singleplayer game and im pretty far. got to the part where chimeras are fighting the widowmaker and i dont know what is going on but some glitch happens where i cant get anymore hit markers on the widowmaker......i re-did that part 4 times then i just had enough.

Beta Week

I'm using a necromancer and i gotta say i like this class. i just spam my ability and let my blood fiend do some damage and give me some health. i havent tried all the classes yet and ill probably do that tonight, all nighter for this game. I do like this game but its hard to solo.

played a bit of multiplayer because the event called operation exorcist is now live for the ps3.

Slowing Down

nothing today other than me having to email my program coordinator. since my professor gave me his email, i gotta go check whenever i can go and meet with him for my courses.

well i just want to try if my ps3 reads the disc and it did so i played one game of horde mode and and 2 chapters of singleplayer. i got to round 20 in horde mode which took about 56min.

Download Day

I've been downloading a bunch of stuff today. i downloaded guild wars 2 and some updates in games like tribes ascend and also some steam games that just download by them selves.

the mouse i ordered from amazon arrive today. the razer naga molten edition. i like it so far except for the forward and back button which is located on the left mouse click but i can adapt. im still trying to get use to the 12 side buttons.

Dragons Dogma (Demo)
played the demo of dragons dogma and i gotta say i quite like it. there are two game modes in the demo and they are "play the prologue" and do the griffin quest. the prologue introduce the games mechanics and the quest is just killing the griffin. the game reminds me of dark souls, I think it reminds me of dark souls because of the graphics and the 3rd person style gameplay. im not sure right now if im going to buy it full price launch day or wait it out until its $30 or maybe used for cheaper. ill just wait and see how long diablo 3 steals my life away.

What can i do?

went to school today to talk to the people there about my courses and summer school. unfortunately.....nope! nothing there for me because they dont offer then course i need AND apparently i messed up a course i took sooooo everything is messed up now. what can i do? nothing.

Open Me Beta

been playing video games such as diablo 3 beta and minecraft. also been sleeping allot because i stay up really late.

Diablo 3 Beta
well i wanted to test diablo 3 because its open beta weekend. the beta is up till may 1st for people who have access. diablo 3 doesn't feel like diablo 2....it feels like the took away allot of stuff what makes diablo 2 good. they did add stuff in diablo 3 that i like, like crafting so i dont have to go look for a good loot and can just level up blacksmith and craft THEN look for goot loot. diablo 3 is now all about looting and theres no much character customization. what i mean about character customization is the skill build. in diablo 2 there is a skill tree that you progress too to get the skill you want, now you get all the skill, eventually through leveling up, and just use the skill you want to use and a matching rune for that skill. i remember when i mess up my skill in diablo 2 and wanting to make a new character because i mess up....now.....i just plow through the dungeon and thats it.....i just want to progress to the next act and dungeons to get better loots. since its a beta they limit that so ill just have to wait for the real game to come out to enjoy it more, for now.....i dont see myself playing it anymore.

i also am rolling the witch doctor....i do like the demon hunter and the monk since they are reallly strong and they feel over powered to me but i like the spell spam casting of the witch doctor. thats the only reason why im using him. maybe because i mainly use the necromancer in diablo 2 thats why im use to the witch doctor.

been playing singleplayer and also watching some livestream of dwarves vs zombies also trying to get in the game since i want to experience it....and it is hard to get in but still fun watching the game.

Loosing my mind

i keep thinking im ahead of time, whenever i take a nap and look at the time, i assume its the next morning. im just taking everything easy for now because i dont have any problems to worry about other than summer school but that's later this week. just chill and play some games waiting for time to pass by.

 well final critique for 3D today....went there and went home. nothing to do in digital other than watch the video and watch her (the woman we're doing the video for) pick the digital and analog print out. now that this year is over.....its not over. i still have to go back for summer school plus im not really sure what im doing for summer other than waiting for diablo and paying it once it comes out. i was thinking of actually recording video games and just edit and post it to kill more time. ill probably start a project of some sort to kill more time....probably clean my room too. well these two pictures are the sculptures i made for 3D this semester, one was the zombie hand but i couldnt bring it home.

im also trying to set up my capture card now that i want to record more stuff but i want to plugged in a S video on the ps3 for higher quality because without it its 480p and i cannot play after experiencing 1080p. i would play and with at lease 720p and im pretty sure thats the setting with an S video on the ps3. the problem with the set up is i dont have a S video for the ps3 so i might look for it at gamestop or just buy one online.....well see how this progress.

im also thinking of buying a new mouse because whenever i play for a long time with my normal mouse, it strains my hand and starts hurting my fingers especially my pinky. so im thinking of investing on a gaming mouse but im still looking for what is good enough that would last for a long time, reading reviews and such. so im looking at the razer special molten naga since its cheaper that the expert naga which cost about $80 while the molten naga is around $60. sooo my head is telling me that if im not able to get uncharted collectors edition this week, which cost 59.99, ill go ahead and grab a mouse and look for an S video for the ps3....trying to kill two birds with a bunch of money.......sigh

(left) the gundam diorama i made for our final project and was critiqued today. the story behind this diorama is a crash gundam in this little island. made out of styrofoam, some clay and acrylic paint. (right) the "self portrait" of me as a robot so i called it me robot. story behind this dude is that, i just wake up do my daily routine and pretty much i do the same thing everyday like a programmed robot. the controller he is holding is connected on his back because I control my life....for now. this robot is made out of sculpy with wired and aluminum foil for frame.

well this is the final week of school and my last day is tomorrow. i got 3D critique tomorrow for my diorama and after that its go home time. just want to get it over with and get out of there as soon as possible. after going through school....i have to go back on monday to submit my summer school form and im not happy about that of course but what can i do? nothing, just had to suck it all up.

Video Hand in

went to school for media technologies. since it is our last week, my friend and i decided to stay for the whole class. we also had to wait for our digital images to be print out which took about 2 hours and cost about $5.00. we basically finish up our media tech, render in class and watch everyones work.

playstation network was down but the time i got home its already up. they said that the maintenance finished early so they turned on the psn early....which is good.

had a little famjam today because of my moms birthday and my cousin. the famjam took most of my time editing the video for media technology tomorrow but overall im almost done the editing. it doesn't take long, it just gets too boring.

Power Management

went out with kall and ads today to go to futureshop to use our coupon stuff for discounts but we saw that uncharted 3 collectors edition was 59.99 and infamous 2 hero edition was 49.99....i was tempted to buy both but i bought infamous 2 because it comes with a bag while kall bought uncharted 3. i'll probably buy uncharted 3 next week if its still there, i just didnt want to spend that much money today. later on, we went to canada computers to check for stuff and to buy me a power outlet because i dont have enough plugs anymore.

Insane Platinum

rest day again? pretty much played mass effect 3 the whole day and decided to do the rest of the project later tonight when i have more energy cause thats the way i am.

insanity mode = over and the indoctrination process has been halt. in this playthrough i decided to go for the "destroy" path and i got everyone in my party; garrus, tali, EDI, ashley, javik, liara and james. i also did as much missions as i can. so....time well spent....i platinum the game!!!! this insanity playthrough took me 13 hours to beat. my character is a sentinel and i use liara and javik for biotic explosions, its handy when i dont have anymore ammo and just spam biotic explosions. my sentinel armor do help for survival and i am using saber x and paladin x as my main weapon.

Process of Indotrination

been having headache all day today and feeling a little under the weather. today is my rest day so i just slept the whole day hoping i get better and lucky at the end of the day im feeling much better.

well i finish my digital images and im almost done my 3D project. all thats left is my missing paper work for business, digital images print outs and media tech video. i can get the business and media tech done hopefully before the weekends starts and i just need to re-size my images for digital then print it.

Unswerving

went to business to hand my artist portfolio then just dipped to shoot some of the live action scenes for our minecraft video. got home slept and just take it easy till tomorrow hits because i have to do my digital frames for digital imagery. 


next week i guess im not going to business but he told me im missing one project so i have to email my prof to send me the paper so i can do it. the video for media and the 3D sculpture is due next week and i already start on both. i still gotta go talk to the registrar about my summer school class so i can take game design in the winter....i am missing two classes so i need to take those and pass it. i also need to start working on a portfolio to apply for game design.

Mass Effect 3

beat the game the second time and now im going to start my 3rd play-through in insanity difficulty. with insanity difficulty i can unlock the last 2 trophies i need to platinum this game; insanity - finish the game on insanity without changing difficulty after leaving eath and Unwavering - finish all multiplayer maps on gold or all single-player missions on insanity. also the dlc comes out tomorrow which includes new characters, new guns, new equipment and new maps for multiplayer.


insanity difficulty is insane. the enemies dodge more often and of course they are stronger and have more health points. i did upgrade my weapons to 10 and im using the saber and paladin. i going to keep playing for a bit and see if i need to reset my shepards power or just leave it the way it is. 

Busi Workin

sleep, video games and homework today. focus because i got something due tomorrow. i finish editing my pictures for business and finishing it up now. hopefully i get to record the live action for our minecraft video for media this week. i also have to finish my digital frames for digital imagery class because we have to hand in everything this week. for 3D i just need to glue my gundam in the diorama and add grass.

been playing new game plus with maximum renegade and im getting different results from my first playthrough. trying to get as much upgrades as i can and levels so i can play insane difficulty for my third playthrough.

The Land is Scaped

i finish landscaping my island for my diorama. now i need to paint it and put some grass on it and then set it all up. ima try and paint it all tomorrow so i can let it sit and dry.

i cant believe i beat this game. 5 hour gameplay but i didnt do it for the achievement, i did it for the story which is really good. ima give the story a 10/10 because i think that its really good and it captured and kept me entertain. now i need to play the multiplayer and finish those puzzles. like i said to my friend....i thought i was stupid, but in the end im just a gamer.

Mass Effect 3

i didnt even notice that im almost done the game. 16 hours and 2minutes gameplay with 89% military readiness and renegade. as for the ending, i heard people didnt like it...as for me, i dont mind it. its a good game and i gotta say that i enjoy playing mass effect 3 the multiplayer can be repetitive but wanting to get those guns in those packs can be pretty addicting. ima give the story 8/10 its good but i see why people can hate the ending, it may not be the best but i dont see a reason of me wanting to change it. ill give the multiplayer 6/10...like i said before it can be repetitive but wanting the guns and upgrade can be addicting. the multiplayer feature is more fun playing it with friends since it is a 4 player co-op.

still doing hardcore mode and its taking longer than i thought because i cant find endermen and whenever i find and kill one it doesnt drop any eyes....this playthrough might take awhile. i did make a simple blaze farm to farm some blaze rods.

Tuesday

well i cleaned my room because i didnt want to do my projects....but i didnt expect to finish in 20mins. sooo i just edit the pictures for digital make them black and white so i have a flow between the analog and digital frames. now i need to draw some stuff for my business project which is due next week. i dont think i can print it out so ill just have everything digital copied and burn it on a disc and hand it over to him. so tomorrow i need to go to 3D to work on my project and then i need to scan my frames and hopefully some of my drawin. i need to edit my scanned drawing and photoshop it, add some color or shadow....just make it look presentable then i should be good.

im pretty far...i think. im in chapter 7 and the story is good...so far. really liking this game but i havent tried multiplayer yet, thats going to be a different experience.

Those Days

i ended up not doing any of my projects today and i ended up sleeping. felt lazy today maybe because the sudden change of weather, its cold again and hopefully this week is warm. so i basically need to do my digital images but it seems that the girl is going to school this week to sing some song so i guess im not going to digital. i need to go to 3d to grab more supplies and just shape the landscape. for business i have zero progress and need to start it this week! media i got some stuff but i want all the shots ready so that we dont have to worry about anything else i want to finish media asap.

so i decided to make a new world in hardcore mode, one life one world death = world deletion. my goal for this world is to beat the game; going to the end killing the dragon see the credits. so far im doing well, i played for 3 hours and got full set of iron armor, diamond tools and i can enchant. all i need now is ender eyes and hunting in the nether because i do want some potions.

Tribes Ascend Beta

i went ahead and download this beta. its a first person shooter....well you can change view to 3rd person if you want. the game mode they have are team death match and capture the flag. i play team death match and i havent touch capture the flag yet but i am liking the tdm.
